I purchased this watch a couple of weeks ago and have been enjoying it ever since. If you think about what you really need in a watch: clear and easy to read numerals, a sweep second hand, the date, a comfortable strap and the ability to accurately keep time, then this watch meets all the criteria. It is stylish, a good size, and appears well put together. What is not obvious in pictures is that the watch glass has a slight convex curvature, which is both stylish and helps cut down on glare. The leather band is heavy and needs to be broken in, the way leather used to be, like an old-style bicycle seat or baseball glove. Once done, it is very comfortable. Hopefully the band will hold up under wear. I was going to buy a much more expensive swiss watch, but when I came to my senses, I bought this and saved thousands.
