I really enjoy owning this watch. The all black PVD was something that I thought I could only find in one of Tag Heuer's boutique stores. I had researched this watch for a long time and was prepared to get the stainless steel version. My loving wife decided to buy this for a christmas gift, but she asked me to come along to the store so I could check it out to be sure it is what I wanted and we were getting the best deal. When we arrived I went over to the case and saw the all black PVD that I thought was unattainable. Then the comparison began. I tried on both watches multiple times. There was a pretty significant weight difference. The PVD was way lighter. We decided to spend the extra money to get the PVD (only way I was going to be happy). Since I'm somewhat obsessive about knowing everything about the watch I purchased, I poured over the web researching the PVD coatting and case materials. As it turns out, the PVD has such a weight difference from the regular steel case due to being made from titainium with a PVD coating (not steel with coating as in the description). The exclusivity of the PVD all black and the comfort due to weight made this the obvious choice for me. Worth the extra money!
Yes, I recommend this product.
