How could you not love something that your 3 year grandson says he gave to you because he loves you so much. I wear my bracelet a lot and have never had any problems with any one of my charms falling off. The charms are very well made. I just love the attention it brings up. I will soon be starting my 2nd one. This is a great product and I love the hearts charm. i have never had to wait in a Jerods store they are always helpful without being overbearing. I won't go anywhere else for any jewelry.
